Light of my Life S2 - Chapter 8 released!
Join Macy and Denise as you begin a new chapter in your lives following the events of Season 1. Meet some familiar characters and some new ones, enjoy the rewards of the love you found, and face new challenges in the first installment of the final season of Light of my Life.
I had a lot of fun making this game, and I hope you'll have just as much fun playing it.
It is highly recommended you finish Season 1 before playing Season 2. If you're looking to buy both Season 1 and 2, there's a bundle available here.
Note on carrying the choices from the previous chapter over
You need to have finished season 1 using version 1.0.0 or better if you're on PC, Linux, or Mac, or version 1.0.1 or better if you're on Android. In the new game, select to start season 2, then follow on-screen instructions to continue playing using your previous choices.

Update 0.8.1:
- Fixes two texture seams in day two night scene
- Fixes continue-with-choices warning message about being locked out of BOTH Coven and Brooke even when you're only locked out of one of them.
- Removes default starting at full screen to prevent issues with some ultra-wide monitor models (PC/Mac/Linux).
If you are stuck with a game that won't start up because of this issue, set your monitor to 1920x1080 resolution, start the game, go into preferences, set Display to Window, then restore your monitor settings. Instead of using full screen, you can then maximize the game window.

I normally get really annoyed with the whole "Season" thing, but this story is so good that I ponied up and bought without giving it a second thought. Downloading now. Really looking forward to this.

Yeah, I'd preferred to just keep adding content to the original game, but it was getting so bloated all kinds of systems were just starting to fail, from horrendous memory issues on Androids to desktops requiring many GBs of RAM to even run, and all kinds of other weird timing issues inside the renpy engine. Creating the export/import mechanism was a pain, but it just wasn't feasible to keep it in one package anymore.
Mad props to you for getting the multi-game persistence right. Was butter smooth loading from my CH7 save. Noice.
It's a great system. Too bad it doesn't work for Android and I had to go a different route there.
Whats the timeframe difference from the end of season 1 to start of season 2? (Like is there a few months or years since the end of 1?)

Thanks! Would you consider making a bundle of both seasons? I first encountered this game on the high seas (you know, with parrots and singing) and want to support it, but this site's lack of shopping cart functionality is really irritating. ;) I bet others will follow suit.
